  • Construct the internal roads on the proposed site after the process of micro-setting.
  • Connect the internal Roads to the approaching main roads so as to transport the material easily to the wind/solar site.
  • Fix the location of EHV substation as per the micro-setting locations of turbine owners in case of wind farm. The proper location of EHV substation on wind site helps to minimize the losses incurred in the internal transmission lines for wind energy projects. In case of solar energy projects, we fix the location of switching station so that the length of electrical evacuation line will be minimized, which indirectly reduces the losses while evacuating power.
  • Prepare the layout of EHV substation (132 kV and above up to 400 kV) as per I.S. specifications. Sufficient clearances are maintained and electrical drawing is prepared for necessary approval of respective authorities.
  • Prepare the layout of evacuation line (33 kV and above up to 400 kV) as per detailed survey and also the layout of feeder bays in the EHV substation of MSETCL and the drawings thereof for necessary approval of respective authorities.
  • Select the suppliers from the vendors approved by MSETCL and procure the material/electrical equipment as per the I.S. specifications and standards of MSETCL. We stress a lot on the delivery period of material/equipment so to complete the project before or in schedule time.
  • Take special care of major equipment such as EHV transformers and measuring equipment in the EHV substation at the time of erection. Our highly skilled and efficient construction team is well conversant with the process of erection and take due care while erecting the equipment.
  • Perform perfect earthing while construction of EHV substation by designing the earth mesh to carry safe maintenance checks and operations.
  • Install the fire fighting equipment as per I.S. standards in the switch yard as well as control room of the EHV substation.
  • Provide internal SCADA systems as per MSETCL specifications along with fully equipped control room.
  • The internal and evacuation lines to EHV substation of MSETCL are erected and commissioned as per standards of MSETCL.
